100% of our employees take part in structured training programs designed to strengthen core competencies and develop new capabilities. We focus on essential areas, such as safety, quality and compliance – the pillars of the chemical-pharmaceutical industry. On average, our people complete more than four days of training every year. Beyond standard work-related courses, we also provide free English courses our employees can choose to attend with a friend or a family member – because learning is better when we can share it! Our programs range from technical training to paths of excellence, such as Green Belt certification.
