Meet our people
FIS at MECP 2026
We took part in the 7th Multi-Step Enzyme-Catalyzed Process Congress (MECP 2026), held at the Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy), from March 29 to April 1. The Congress was an important opportunity to gain insight into the latest advances in chemo-enzymatic, multi-enzyme cascade, and continuous-flow biocatalysis processes, featured in many interesting lectures and round-tables led by internationally recognized experts, including Professor Selin Kara, Dr. J. Schrittwieser, Dr. Sebastian Cosgrove, and many others.
Corporate Social Responsibility
FIS pursues Corporate Social Responsibility objectives in a concrete and ongoing manner, as they drive our very identity and the way we work. We build value for people, territories and the environment to promote the sustainable development of the communities we are present in, in a responsible way. We support initiatives with a high social, scientific, cultural and environmental value, in line with our Code of Ethics and sustainability strategies, based on an allocated annual budget. And we focus especially on safety, environmental protection, youth skill development, social inclusion, and progression of scientific and cultural development.
You can suggest a new initiative by sending an e-mail to csr@fisvi.com, and including all the necessary information to assess the request properly.
Our partnership with Zaynab Dosso
Starting in 2026, FIS supports Zaynab Dosso’s talent, one of the champions of the Italian national athletics team. Her sporting journey is an example of a compelling vision, resilience, determination, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of performance – the principles that guide our work every day.
