Career days
We take part in leading sector career days – such as the University of Padua Career Days and the University of Naples Federico II Recruiting Week – to connect with graduates – to connect with Engineering, Economics and Sciences graduates. Through these events, we have the chance to introduce newly graduates to FIS’ career opportunities and the impact of our work.
Learning through experience and dialogue
FIS professionals participate as guest lecturers and speakers in academic settings and round tables, sharing expertise on R&D processes, advanced technologies and sustainability. We also invest in advanced education through tailored development programs, including the CUOA Development Program for FIS, created in partnership with the CUOA Business School.
