  4. Information relevant to handling any requests, such as the type of project, its urgency, the size of the client’s company, etc. (collectively, “Personal Data”)

SOURCE OF THE PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data are collected from the data subject via the contact form (“Form”) in the website fisvi.com (“Website”) or through cookies; for further details, please refer to the cookie policy

SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

No special categories of personal data are processed unless they are voluntarily entered by the data subject in the Form; Such data will not be used for any purpose and will be promptly deleted as soon as it is detected

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

Personal Data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. to manage and respond to contact requests submitted by the User via the Form (Contact Purpose);
  2. to allow Registered Users access to the investor relations section of the Website (Investor Relations Purpose);
  3. Ensure a better overall experience for the User, for example by saving their language preferences through cookies (for details, please refer to the cookie policy) (User Experience Purpose);
  4. To contact the User to provide news and information regarding the data controller’s activities (Newsletter Purpose).

LEGAL BASIS

The following legal bases have been identified for each purpose:

  1. Contact Purpose – contractual measures requested by the data subject;
  2. Investor Relations Purpose – compliance with a legal obligation (in particular, by way of example and without limitation, Legislative Decree 58/1998, the Market Abuse Regulation, etc.);
  3. User Experience Purpose – the data controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper technical functioning of the website and in storing user preferences through strictly technical cookies;
  4. Newsletter Purpose – consent of the data subject;

CONSENT WITHDRAW

The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent for the Newsletter Purpose by writing to dpo@fisvi.com or by unsubscribing from the newsletter via the link provided in the footer of each communication.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data may be disclosed to:

  1. Authorized persons acting under the authority of the data controller;
  2. Data processors, such as, but not limited to, web service providers, consultants, etc.;
  3. Judicial authorities or other authorities where required by law.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area

  1. in connection with the use of IT tools such as Microsoft 365.
  2. if your request submitted via the Form originates from a geographic area where one of FIS’s subsidiaries operates, to enable more effective handling of the request.

The data controller ensures that such transfers will take place in accordance with the appropriate safeguards provided for by EU Regulation 679/2016.

STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data will be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes described above, specifically:

  1. Contact Purposes – 10 years from the year of the last contact with the User;
  2. Investor Relations Purposes – 10 years from the year the Registered User’s account is closed;
  3. User Experience Purposes – see cookie policy;
  4. Newsletter Purposes – Until the data subject revokes consent;

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The data subject may exercise their right of access, rectification, data portability, erasure, objection, and restriction by contacting the DPO at dpo@fisvi.com.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, is carried out.
The data subject may lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

MANDATORY NATURE OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA

Providing your Personal Data is not mandatory; however, if you do not fill out the form, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry; if you do not provide the information required for registration, you will not be able to access the Investor Relations section; and if you do not give your consent, you will not receive any newsletters from the data controller.
